Shipping, Returns & Privacy
We dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000. All jewellery is inspected before shipping and includes a basic certificate for weight and purity.
Returns & Exchange
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only.
- Buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
- Custom orders (engraving, bespoke work) are non-returnable.
Privacy
We only use your phone number and address to process and ship orders. We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except to fulfil the order (courier, payment processor).
